It is a blend of inorganic acids, wetting agents, detergents, solvents and chelators specifically formulated for rapid removal of rust while providing long term protection against further rusting by forming a rust resistant phosphate coating. Formulated to clean grease and oil from ferrous surfaces eliminating the need for a two-step operation. The remaining iron phosphate coating improves paint adhesion and protects against re-rusting.
